The Gusher Cycles Springer is our Head Hancho. We love springers, and we spare no expense when it comes to their quality. Designed to function, take a beating, and look good doing it.

KEY FEATURES: - Trunnion style Rockers. This style of rocker has a wide footprint which makes it very stable, and is by far the best type of rocker stud/bushing design for any springer. Rockers are hand fitted with premium 932 bronze bushings. This bushing material is top of the line, it will outlast, and perform better than any other bushing material on the market. The body of the rockers are heavy duty, made of 3/8" thick 1018 cold finished steel with our signature design. - All springers come drilled and tapped for internal fork stops. - Counter bored handlebar/riser mounts in top tree with a mount spacing of 3" on center. This allows you to mount any risers using 1/2" allen head bolts that counter sink in to the top tree leaving the hardware invisible once installed. Also allows the use of handlebars with built in risers that have 3" mount spacing. We offer all of our riserless handlebars to be ordered with this 3" on center spec if you wish. - Counter bored headlight mount in bottom tree. Allows you to mount your headlight using a 3/8" allen head bolt leaving the bolt invisible once installed. - Axles with premium acorn nuts are included with all springers. Our axles are made of heat treated 4140 Chromoly, and have a diameter of 5/8". This size axle/material has more than enough strength for any chopper, and has a very clean sleek look. If you must run a wheel with 3/4" bearings we will include a set of stainless reducer sleeves. These reducers will insert through your bearings and into the inner hub spacer effectively reducing them to a 5/8" ID. - All hardware used on our springers is chrome, and of premium made in the US quality.
SPECS: Rear Legs - Our rear legs are made of 1.125" diameter 1018 cold finished solid round bar steel. We choose this material because it has a very similar flex rate to DOM (the most common alternative), but has a much higher break and bend rate. this means in the event of incident it will take more force to break or bend. Neck Stem - 1" for Harley Big Twin frames, and 82' later sportster frames with up to 7.25" distance between the lower and top trees (custom neck sizes for all makes available by phone order). Width - Legs are 5" on center, 3.875" between legs, 5.75" between rockers
SPRINGER LENGTHS, AND ORDERING: Our Springers are measured from the top of the bottom tree (where your lower neck bearing seats) to the center axle hole. If you know what size you need for your application you can simply choose your specs and "ADD TO CART". If you have questions about LENGTH, RAKE, and TRAIL, or would simply prefer to talk to a live Dude on the phone to order, please do! All chrome parts feature a high quality show chrome finish done locally in Nashville, TN.
This is a "MADE TO ORDER" part. Typical turnaround time on made to order parts is 3-6 weeks before shipment. Once your items ship you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
