The Gusher Springer is our head Hancho. We have spent over 20 years studying forks to land on this design. Don’t let our good looks fool you, these front ends are hand made in the USA out of premium materials, built to be durable, serviceable, and handle like butter.

Rockers;
Our “Flamingo” style rockers are very specifically designed for handleability, and to accommodate a wide range of different length forks, and frame applications with different rake numbers. these rockers feature a “trunnion” style bushing design that has a wide footprint which makes it very stable, and is by far the best type of rocker stud/bushing design for any springer. This is the very same style used on Harley springers up until the inception of hydraulic forks in 1949. Our bushings are hand made out of 932 bronze. This bushing material is top of the line, it will outlast, and outperform any other bushing material on the market. The body of the rockers are heavy duty, made of 3/8" thick 1018 cold finished steel.
Trees;
Our trees are made out of heavy duty 3/4” thick 1018 cold finished steel. They feature counter bored handlebar/riser mounts in top tree with a mount spacing of 3" on center, counter bored headlight mount in bottom tree, and are drilled and tapped for internal fork stops.
Legs;
Our legs are 5” on center. Rear legs are made of heavy duty 1.125” diameter 1018 cold finished solid steel rod. Front legs feature our unique design, also made out of 1018 cold finished steel that can be ordered in straight 5/8” hex, twisted hex, or 5/8” round bar. Spring perch on front legs feature a 1” depth of thread with a pinch bolt on back side to hold the spring rods nice and tight, and still allow the rods to be serviced.
Axles;
All springers come ready to go with axles. Our axles are very strong, made out of 4140 chromoly, and are 5/8” in diameter. We prefer this size for its sleek look. If you must run 3/4” wheel bearings, stainless steel reducers are provided for springer orders upon request. These reducers insert through your bearings and in to your inner hub spacer effectively reducing the inner diameter to 5/8”.

All hardware provided is premium chrome hardware from Colony.
Lengths, and Ordering;
Our Springer lengths are based off of the modern scale of 22” being stock, I.E. 22” from top of bottom tree to center axle. If you know what size you need for your application you can simply choose your specs and "ADD TO CART". We fine tune each springer differently based on size. If you have questions about LENGTH, RAKE, and TRAIL, or would simply prefer to talk to a live Dude on the phone to order, please do! We are more than happy to take your custom specs, lengths, etc.. 615-647-7818
All of our parts are hand made, in house, with love, the old fashioned way using manually operated machines (no CNC), manual tooling, and 100% TIG Welded.
All chrome parts feature a high quality show chrome finish done locally in Nashville, TN.
This is a "MADE TO ORDER" part. Typical turnaround time on made to order parts is 3-6 weeks before shipment. Once your items ship you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
